Your experience with us.

Your First Visit

What will happen when you first visit us?.

  1. When you arrive we will request that you complete a medical history form. You can download this form here if you prefer to fill it in at home.
  2. If you arrive early, the jug is always ready so please let us now if we can prepare you tea or good coffee. There is a TV room, some interesting reading and a massage chair if you need soothing!
  3. Lyndsey is usually available to complete the questionaires with you, give you a tour of our premises and introduce you to your dentists Abraham or Yvonne. (See the profiles in the About Us page)
  4. Your dentist will conduct a comprehensive oral examination of your mouth and discuss the results with you. This examination will include,

    Tour of your mouth using a digital camera

  6. We will then provide you with a detailed overview of your mouth , discuss any problem areas and recommend treatment options so you can make an informed decision about  your treatment.


Your Medical and Dental History

So that we can help you most effectively we will request  that you complete a medical and dental health form detailing your past and current medical and dental history.  

For your convenience we have made this form available for you to complete online and the answers will be sent straight to us. You can also download the form and fax or email it back to us.

Our understanding team know the stress that unexpected dental treatment can inflict on a individual or family budget. However, we want you to receive the quality treatment in the time frame you need. For this reason we have aligned ourselves with GE CareCredit to provide a range of flexible payment solutions to help ease some of this financial squeeze, including a 12 months interest free option.

Free Care for Teenagers

Yes, dental care for school year 9 to18 year olds is free at Sanctuary Dental using the government funding for Dental Benefits. You will need to make an appointment with our Dental Therapist Sharon Fini who works part time.
